Country Guardian has been researching the impact of windfarms on the environment since its formation in 1992. Its research document "The Case Against Windfarms" is detailed and runs to about 20 A4 pages.

Views of Scotland was formed as an Organisation at the June 2002 Perth Conference on Renewable energy. We seek to bring the facts surrounding renewable energy decisions to the Scottish people and their political representatives. A lack of co-ordination by the Scottish Executive, and an exaggerated belief in the usefulness of wind energy, is leading to over investment in a single form of renewable energy to the detriment of the wider Scottish economy.

Campaign Against Turbines at Shipdham - a group of local residents opposing the proposed erection of three of the largest wind turbines in Europe.The location is in between Shipdham and Bradenham.

Dorset Against Rural Turbines (DART) aims to prevent Wind Turbine industrialisation of the Winterborne Valley and similar developments in other inappropriate parts of Dorset & surrounding areas, thereby helping also to avoid a precedent for similar development in rural England.

The Betws Mountain Preservation Group is a pro renewable energy group in Carmarthenshire South Wales, protesting about the proposed wind power station on Betws Mountain. We are dedicated to preserving the peace and beauty of our God given countryside.
